About
Four and a half years at Benevity, working across the stack — APIs and services, front-end, auth flows, the AWS and Terraform plumbing underneath, and the less visible stuff like logging standards, documentation and clearing out legacy code. Before that, full-stack web and mobile at UBC's Geering Up and test automation at SAP. These days it's freelance web development, teaching a pre-ballet batch, and training in ballet. I like building small software that fits into what I'm already doing and makes it more efficient — a low-friction way to capture class notes right after class that turns into something organized and usable before the next one, or a browser extension that put altitudes on a trekking site's trek cards so I didn't have to click into each one, which the site later added itself. I work in small increments, don't get too attached to what I build, and would rather ship something rough that I'll actually use.

Teaching Notes Condenser
Built so my raw reflections after teaching pre-ballet classes turn into a planning brief I actually use before the next one. The unstructured notes I text to a Telegram bot come back as a structured debrief in Notion — routed through an AWS Lambda that runs them through a model on Bedrock.
Artist Website
Designed and implemented the personal website for Indian contemporary artist, Gopi Gajwani.
Chrome Extension
Developed a Chrome extension with ~238 installs, active for 6 months before the organization natively integrated the feature into their website.
